OLYMPIC BOOKING POLICY (all Olympic suites):
A 50% payment is required upon booking by credit card. Balance of payment is due by August 01, 2009. Reservation and payment can be made through our website. Cancellations will be accepted until August 1, 2009 with a minimum charge of two nights. After August 1, 2009, there will be no refund for cancellations. Minimum stay of four nights is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY (doesn't apply to Olympic bookings):
We require 15 days advance notice for full refund less a $35.00 administration fee. Cancellations of less than 15 day’s notice, or failure to arrive on the initial date of the reservation, or departure prior to the last day of the reservation will only be reimbursed at the rack rate less an administrative fee of $35.00 if the room is able to be successfully rebooked. Please call your local agent for trip cancellation insurance to cover you in the event of an unexpected delay or cancellation in your travel plans. We will give you a cancellation number for your records.
RESERVATIONS REQUESTS:
Reservations are guaranteed upon the receipt of a deposit. An online request does not constitute a reservation until we contact you to confirm the booking. All suites can accommodate a maximum of two persons, with the exception of the One Bedroom Suite. Sunset Harbour B&B is designed for adult occupancy; however, if the one bedroom suite is available, children are welcome.
DEPOSIT (doesn't apply to Olympic bookings):
We require your credit card information to reserve space at the time of booking. At the time of booking, 50% of the reservation total will be charged to your credit card. Full and final payment is due at check-in. We accept cash, traveller’s cheques or credit card. If for unforeseen reason you fail to arrive on the initial date of your booking you will be charged for all of the days that we were not able to rebook.
SMOKING:
As a courtesy to our guests, we have a no smoking policy inside the premises.
PETS:
We are unable to accommodate pets as we have a family pet, a Blue Meryl Collie [Chloe]. We are able to assist you with kennel arrangements in the area.
PARKING:
Off street parking is available for automobiles.
SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS:
Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary needs or concerns and we will gladly attempt to accommodate you.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:
Check-in is available after 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We are happy to accommodate earlier or later arrivals providing appropriate arrangements are able to be made in advance. Please call us if you are delayed.
